Bradley Feld

Bradley Feld, is formerly a partner at Feld McKay and Donner until joining us as a full time consultant in December 2016.
He deals in all disputes concerning children including issues of contact and which parent they should live with upon separation.
Bradley also acts for parents in Care cases involving Social Services. Regarding Social Services involvement with your children he will act for you in the PLO process (pre proceedings stage) and at all stages through the Court proceedings including representing you at the Court hearings. He has many years experience of representing parents in cases involving Social Services and will guide you through this difficult process including applying for legal aid on your behalf.
Bradley graduated from University of Kent in Canterbury with a BA Law Degree (Hons) in 1982 and qualified as a solicitor in October 1985.
Bradley is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Advanced Accreditation Scheme with a specialism in Adult Party Representation in Children Law Proceedings and is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme and Resolution.
